Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We also retain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Workspace data in archived workspaces is retained according to your plan tier: 6 months for Explorer, 12 months for Pro and Enterprise. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
